Very impressed with the customer service. This booking site did not fax in my reservation so the clerk spent a good half hour with them on the phone to sort the whole thing out. The room was very clean and nice enough, it's not luxurious but a great stay for the price. Would go back.

overall it is a pleasant hotel . there is room for improvement on many fronts . first hotel ever that does not have a bell boy .
