The staff at this hotel are fantastic. I collapsed in the bathroom on the morning of my flight home due to a bleeding ulcer ( as I later found out ). Throughout the ordeal of calling the ambulance and being hospilised for two days, the staff looked after wife. So a big thank you to the duty manager and the staff.

This was just perfect. I checked in Xmas Eve and Checked out Boxing Day and was the perfect place until I flew out. Staff were excellent and attentive but not intrusive. This is down on my list of Must Stay again. Carol

generally well located to heathrow with excellent shuttle service running every 15 minutes - with drivers who assist with ligguage. counter staff - generally helpful and will try to cater for your needs. room service (could be due to large numbers over weekend) bar for making bed and washing bathroom, did not clean room, restock drinks and coffee, general room maintenance poor. not up to novetal standards

Good Clean hotel. Good amenaties including indorr pool to relax. Short drive, or use of shuttle service to all terminals at Heathrow.
