Hotel Novotel Liverpool Centre Guest Reviews
Excellent location across street from the new Liverpool One shopping centre and five minutes walk from the historic Albert Dock and waterfront area, including the new Arena & Conference Centre. Only a few complaints: the mattress seemed thin and a bit soft, cooling system didn't seem to drop temperature much and shower/bath area poorly designed, almost impossible to avoid water on the floor. Note the swimming pool is very small!

ALL the Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The location was in an excellent position, especially for conferences, for shopping and for travel either by train or by bus. Must go back!

Very Central hotel on Hanover Street , 10 minutes from Lime Street station and a few minutes from Liverpool one and the docks

Very impressed - when we went out early evening there were lots of people in the bar - looked like an office party - so we wondered if there would be lots of noise later on at night, not a sound!!!
