Hotel Novotel Lisboa Guest Reviews
Difficult to allocate a rating to this hotel. The location is fine if you wish to use the metro to get back from town in the evening as the local station is 5 minutes away. The fixtures and fittings in our room were very unusual and gimmicky but added a certain style to the place. The restaurant was excellent. The main complaint was that there always seemed to be a queue at reception. The staff were fine when you finally got to them. The car park is also charged at 10euro a day even though it is in the basement of the hotel. A bit of a surprise so be aware and budget it in.
