Went for Business trip, choose this 5 star hotel, but no wifi. At the rate of price we pay for this hotel, am shocked there is no wifi. + no breakfast too. Am sure that with this price, I can find a hotel with breakfast and wifi provided.

Check in was smooth and we received two coupons to redeem our welcome drinks at the bar. Maybe I'm being picky but Concierge could have provided more information on transportation to LCCT instead of informing us on the fares for taxis immediately. Afterall, we are looking for the cheapest alternative. Otherwise, there is really nothing to complain about. Room is nice, although the flushing system was a little weak at times. Basic amenities provided and they will deliver toothbrush and toothpaste upon request. Reasonable for the price paid. Hotel is walking distance to KLCC and the Pavillion which is great if you're in KL for shopping. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to KL!

Checked in for 1 night but arrived at rooms to find that both the bed sheets on the twin bed were very dirty. I'm surprised the housekeeping staff could 'ignore' the stains on the bed sheet and left them on. Twin bedroom- two single beds, was surprised to find this because most hotels provide two super-single beds (which are about a feet wider) location- extremely convenient, literally on the doorstep of Pavillion. Couple of minutes walk to the nearest Monorail. Walkable to KLCC- about 10-15minutes. Price is definitely worth the location but bear in mind the rooms will be smaller than expected.

We were given a terrible room which was especially disappointing after a very positive stay several years ago at this hotel. This time, the bathroom was rather dated and worn down even with plenty of mould discolouration in the tiling. Cleanliness was bad, toothpaste spots on the cupboard, hair on the floor etc. All over the room was poorly furnished and lacked any kind of ambience. The breakfast was average. We had expressed our displeasure about the quality of the room and were offered another one of the same quality only 8 stories higher up, which we declined. We had expected better at a Novotel and will avoid this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel with efficient and competent staff who did check in promptly. Location is good with pavilion shopping mall just a walking distance.
