Excellent location outsideParis on the edge of Creteil Lac. There is a large amount of parking and a Europcar hire office in the grounds. The end of May climate was hot encouraging you to take a early walk or run around the lake. Disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room. Shower area was smaller than I’m used to at Travelodge hotels. Creteil has a good shopping centre boasting incredibly free parking at times, a cinema complex and a choice of 20 restaurants. It is NOT easy to walk from the end of the Metro 8 to the hotel. Either hire a car from central Paris when you arrive or get off at Creteil Universitat for a 15 minute walk to the hotel. We made the mistake of getting off at the end of the Metro 8 at the Creteil Centre, couldn't find a taxi point, and even though we rang the hotel they couldn't arrange a taxi firm to pick us up. Which meant a 40 minutes trek from the wrong side of the lake to the hotel, luggage in toe
