This is the worst Novotel I have ever stayed at. The service was the worst I have ever encountered. This should be rated as a one star Hotel. I can only suggest you stay somewhere else.

This Hotel was very well located, directly above the Subway Station, also convenient in commuting all around Beijing via underground to all attractions. The staff were very helpful, rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.
