we had a wonderful stay at Noveltel Ellerslie Staffs was helpful and friendly, room was very clean. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Great staff (Thomas), nicely appointed room and excellent location. Hower, the vent in your room amplifies noise from the hallway unfortunately, which is normally ok, unless you have a family with 3 young kids sharing your floor :(

Fantastic location, very easy access to motorway. Room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is easy to find and very convenient to get to many Auckland locations. Clean room, nice breakfast, good internet access, reasonably nice gym...overall, a keeper!

The service just gets better and better. We ordered room service and later got a call to ask for feedback - never experienced that before! Parking can be an issue in the evening.
