Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good sized rooms. Great location if arriving from train or needing to use airport train. Downstairs room needed some maintenance.

Aircondition out of order in 5 hot days!! Toilet-seat loose and fell off by use. No shower-curtain. Recent repairs inside the hotel was done in low quality and finish.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, as usual extremely friendly so you overlook any small faults, could do with a btter lift but it will come

I shared a room with a friend. The twin beds sagged in the middle and were covered over with thread-bear covers. In the bathroom, the sink had no plug for water retention, there was no shower curtain and the toilet didn't flush. When I complained about the latter, the receptionist handed me a bucket for the job!! Telephone in the room was out of service and there was what looked like a blood stain on the floor. The ceiling light protruded from a large hole (no cover) and the wardrobe doors kept opening up. Also, only two clothes hangers. It was like living in a home for down and outs. Never again!!!
