My son and I enjoyed this hotel tremendously. We arrived at the hotel in the early morning. Check in was 3pm but the hotel staff told us they would have a room for us by 10am..seeing how tired we were from the flight. The staff (all of them) were very attentive, gave good directions and generally very helpful. The room is clean and a good size. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. And I would love to go back and stay at the same hotel again.

I initially think this hotel saying atop of JR Shinkashen station is much closer to Narita Express Train (to and from Narita airport). Please do note Tokyo JR station is huge and it is quite far a walk to get to Narita Express.
