This hotel is without a doubt the best situated hotel in Santa Margherita. Right on the waters edge with beautiful shady gardens. A short walk from the station (200 metres) and close to the shops and restaurants. We found the service very good and the hotel dining room reasonably priced. The view from our room was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel . We enjoyed our stay.

Tired... Could use a renovation throughout - at least in the annex building where we stayed. bathroom had been renovated, but the bedroom was a bit sad.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Santa Margherita. It is very close to the station. While the building is obviously old, it has been renovated nicely. Staff were very helpful. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the ferry terminal.

Great staff . The hotel grounds were beautiful and the staff could not have been more helpful . I hope to go back next year .

Truly a gorgeous hotel! I stayed in a single room RIGHT on the water. It was a charming room with original wood floors, an ultra comfy bed, bathtub, and lovely old-fashioned desk and chair. It had a huge window with shutters, which came in handy the night we had a terrible storm (almost completely soundproof). The desk clerk was extremely helpful and was very patient with my millions of questions. It also has a top-notch restaurant with a facilitating and generous staff. All the way around, a fantastic hotel...and because it was off-season, it was incredibly affordable.
