Me by Melia Cancun offers luxury accommodations in Cancun's most popular tourist area. Great and friendly customer service. Delicious food and good variety of having four different restaurants on site to choose from. Breakfast at Salt is AMAZING. All inclusive was an excellent value. Modern and stylish design without being overly stuffy or trying too hard. Only slight reservation is that the pool could have been heated and it unfortunately was too cold for us to enjoy, but we loved the pool area and different seating offerings. While the sales staff is very friendly, be careful to not allow their gently aggressive approach and pitch for vacation package presentations eat up too much of your valuable time as they entice you with "membership rate discounts" for spa services if you take a meeting with their staff. It was a little much!

The noise was so.........bad. This was one of the worst hotel I have been. The service was very....... slow. I do not ever go back there and do not recomend it.

My wife and I came back from a 4 night 5 day vacation. This resort met our expectations with great food,location, and amenities. The staff were friendly and prompt. We stayed in the Level loft suite which was well worth it. Can't wait to go back in the future..

Great stay. Got a loft suite with a beautiful balcony bed and great view. Food was run of the mill but breakfast was awesome. Paid a little extra for Bali bed by the adult pool and it was well worth it. Paying a little extra goes a long way at this hotel and the staff was great. Of course we tipped well but we were well taken care of. Joel was fantastic.
