Hotel Mazarin
4 out of 5

We were in New Orleans for only two nights so it was great to be so close to Bourbon St but the hotel is so quiet you wouldn't even tell! Bed was amazing and all staff were outstanding, would stay there again (for longer) next time.

Not ready to handle the crowds. Maybe down the road after it has been open awhile.

The hotel was closed for renovations and is going to be under a different name and managment. We were not informed about this until we were there. They moved us to a very nice hotel but since this is a review for the hotel that I didn't stay at, I am giving it a bad review.

The Hotel was newly renovated, nice lobby and the interior courtyard is gorgeous. Had to change rooms as the noise from Bourbon St was pretty hard to ignore. They were very accomodating about switching my room to one in the interior, although this room was not redone yet. Overall, a good experience and gret staff except one front desk person, [...] (maybe [...]?) who was kind of a tool.
