They charged me for Internet, terrible service. The check out was very bad, taking too much time. They charged me $12 for a little can of peanuts. It looks like they are trying to squeeze the tourists as much as possible. This is not a good approach. The rest was just fine, nothing special at all.

Staff is friendly, respectable and helpful. Location is prime as it is close to the Zona Colonial and across street from the malecon. Pool was quiet and room was clean and functional.

I stayed at this hotel last year for the same amount I had payed this year. I was given a room with a view of the generators and the backside. When I requested a change, they had stated that because I had payed a "standard rate" a change was not possible. I had payed the same rate last year, and was given a superior room with ocean view, and higher up in the tower. I guess this year it was the luck of the draw.

Overall comfortable beds. Unable to get our money refunded. We booked thinking the beach wasn't that far away. It's pretty far from the beach so you need a car. About a 5 min drive from la zona colonial, which is a tourist area, walked around and did site seeing for a couple of hours. Couldn't do much since we didn't have a car. Beautiful ocean view. Includes ONE complimentary coffee. Internet cost $6 per day.
