Decent place, located near the National Assembly; not easy to find (off the main road), but not impossible; (our taxi driver had to call the front desk in order to find it). We got in late & left early, so didn't spend much time there, but the place seemed to provide the necessary things for a decent stay -- I didn't get away thinking it was overpriced or underpriced -- it's about right for what we got.

First Room had bad smell and asked to change it to other room. and other room was clean and OK. just Computer inside hotel was slow and bad. and breakfast was not that good.

The hotel was extremely clean. It is located "where the rich people stay" I was told by a local. It is a business center near the Korean parliament house. A Star Bucks across the street. A smattering of bars including a cool ice bar where we watched world cup soccer. The room (double bed) was big. Bathroom was huge with whirlpool bath and walk in steam shower. English was not well spoken. Tv had DVD player. Beds were very comfy and area is quiet. We were only there 1 night so that was a little pricey. But if your staying in the city and want a nice hotel, this is great. No fitness room although I swear they claimed they did. There was a gym around the corner though that we saw as we were leaving. Some local restaurants in the area. No one speaks english so that was an event, not sure what we ate but it was good. The area as most of Soeul is very clean.
