The room was small but very clean, very quiet, and very stylish. Great lobby, staff, bar, location.

Nice hotel in the heart of everything but too much street noise in the room. I was on the second floor.

The desk staff was excellent, particularly Peter. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the ambiance of the hotel is lovely. The photographic gallery by David Kennerly is outstanding. I left a small bag of jewelry in my room by accident. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for their honesty and prompt ability to return it to me. Very impressive!

This was the first time I had a great Obrbitz hotel experience.

Hotel Lucia is located in the ideal area for shopping and dining. The staff is super helpful and friendly! The bar attached has great drinks for a reasonable price, but closes early on the weekdays. The rooms are better on the less busy side of the street. Also, the double rooms are a bit more cozy and spacious. I spent my first time at the hotel in a room that was a double, on one of the top floors, as well as not being on the street side...this made my first stay amazing and that is why I came back 3 months later. I raved about how comfy the beds were, but this second time didn't live up to expectations. Great hotel and staff! Just mention to be placed somewhere quieter and possibly request a double room for more space.
