Hotel La Bourdonnais Paris
5 out of 5

As a family of seven with two young children, it was a great place to stay. Quiet location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and helpful stall (English speaking). The Metro and several cafes/shops were only 200m away, and there was a small supermarket next door, with a larger one around the corner.

Clean room, very helpful staff, walked under Tour Eiffel on my way to work every day. A short walk to almost everything. Thanks

Excellent location. Within 10 minutes to the Eifel Tower. However, there was no view of the tower unless you look hard enough and see the tip of the tower. Close to the metro (Ecole Militaire). Special mention to Xaviar for friendly and helpful service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were nice and the staff and location were outstanding. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. We bought advance tickets to the Eiffel Tower and also the Louve at the desk and it really saved us time at both places as we were able to bypass the lines to get in. The little market down the street was reasonably priced for snacks, soda, wine etc. Restaurants, a metro station and the Eiffel Tower were all within a short walking distance.

Have stayed at the hotel four times. Keep coming back. Close to everything, ATM, food store, Metro and great places to eat. The staff is always friendly and when you look out the hotel window you see the Eiffel Tower. Does it get any better than that. PS Love the breakfast waiter, a most enjoyable person.

Excellent hotel and staff apart from one red haired lady on reception who was quite abrupt for no reason - perhaps she was having a bad day!. Will recommend to friends and will definitely stay there again so would like this comment to be anonymous.

Great place to stay. Courteous and very helpful staff, relatively quiet, and in a great location. The room was well proportioned and had all that might be expected (incl. airconditioning), plus a modern refitted bathroom and separate toilet.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel La Bourdonnais. Again it was fantastic. We asked for a room on the top floor when we checked which they gave us. The Hotel looks either at the street or into court yards behind. The room we had looked over the street but also had a balcony which you could see the Eiffel Tower from. The windows were all double glazed and you couldn't hear any street noise at all. Nice neat modern bathroom too. The hotel is just around the corner from the Metro, easy walk too and from each day. There are also supermarkets nearby, a coin laundry down the road and numerous restaurants around too.

Good hotel location with food stores, restaurants, liquor stores and laundry mat nearby. Close access to an underground metro station (Ecole Militaire). Purchase a multi-day metro pass. Beware of pickpockets. Good basic accommodations with renovated bathrooms. Would definitely use this hotel again.

A quiet hotel in a great location one block away from the Eiffel Tower. Large rooms compared to Paris standards we had a triple room with 2 Adults and 1 Child (11yrs) and had plenty of room. Would definately stay here again. Highly recommended!!

lovely entrance room and downstairs are. Our room was a little small but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good downstairs in the 'garden room'.

This is an excellent base for a stay in Paris. It is a street away from the Eiffel Tower, the Metro is practically outside the door and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby for convenience. The rooms were spacious, air conditioned and seemed to have been recently refurbished. I would stay here again.

This was my third stay at the hotel. I keep going back because the staff is great (a favorite is the Monday to Friday breakfast waiter, he is very friendly and fun). The hotel rooms have always been clean. The location is perfect. Will be staying at the hotel again in the future. Love having the supermarket, Metro and bank just steps away.

The hotel was in close proximity to the main tourist attractions and Metro. There were many places to eat in close proximity to the hotel and a self service Laundromat within 300m of the hotel

Not many hotels in Paris provide a package for families. We found that the Inter Hotel La Bourdannais was pretty reasonable and the location was excellent, it is pretty close to the eiffel tower as well! A metro station (Ecole Militaire) is about 100m away from the hotel and offers connections (ofcourse you have switch metro lines for longer destinations) to any location in and around paris! There is a supermarket next door, so in case you want to save money, just drop in and buy anything from sandwiches to beer or even nice french wine! Please note the above commnets from my circumstances and point of view and may not be convinving to everyone!

We have styed here on several previous occasions as the location is fantastic. Lovely neighbourhood, at Ecole Militaire Metro, next to the Tour Eiffel, and within walking distance of the river, Les Invalides and the CHamps Elysee. However, while the accommodation is fine, and the service friendly, the hotel is starting to look tired. Nevertheless we would stay there again.
