this hotel is actually behind the bus station, and is not visible from the front of the bus station. it was difficult to find in the pouring rain! also, the front-desk clerk wanted to see how much i paid to Orbitz before she would let me check into the room! that has to be a first. too bad orbitz customer (dis)service was nowhere to be found. next time i will stick with hotels.com or hotwire.

this hotel is actually behind the bus station and down the street a bit, NOT in front. it was not easy at all to find the hotel late at night either. you cannot see the hotel from the front of the bus station. HINT: if you stay here, know ahead of time you have to cross the street and walk down 200 yards. but worst: the hotel staff needed to know the exact amount i was charged. this was highly inconvenient late at night! too bad Orbitz customer service didn't seem to care too much about this.
