Fantastic hotel, Modern clean great facilities and staff were very professional. Can,t really fault this place ..praps location could be a little closer to the sights, but apart from that no complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay,

It is a fine older hotel. Rooms are relatively small, but fine, and the view from the 8th floor was great. Didnt have time to check the pool.

No wifi access from the rooms. you've got to sit in the lobby to get the signal. this is a real nuisance and not up to the standard of such a pricey hotel. apart from this, everything fine.

Pros - Great room & stylish hotel - Great buffet breakfast - Free printing in the business centre - Good friendly service - Location close to big shopping centre with restaurants - Great value Cons - Wifi free in lobby only; a bit expensive in room - Location a bit from other important areas, e.g. Providencia Overall fantastic value for money and easily a solid 4 star hotel.
