Very good allround hotel experience

Its close proximity to the Turin ring road suited us as we were travelling the environs of Turin.

We stayed for a single night on two accasions recently. On the second occasion, the shower screen was broken and the bedroom connecting wall with the bathroom showed damage likely following a leak or overflow. It was in need of replastering/redocoration and the room should therefore not have been available to guests. Otherwise the hotel was of the expected standard ideally siuated on the Turin ring road.

We were 4 in the same room and we had to ask for pillows, bathroom towels, shampoo and everything. The room was for three with three queen size beds, but we had to sleep in four; not very confortable. The hair dryer was broken, we asked to fit it and the second day it was hardly working. Very low standard for a free star hotel.

A bit out of the way but and after the room being changes twice, as one rom not made up and the second room noisey(which we asked not to have) we had a good stay.
