Even if I booked early (more than a month in advance) for a room with a king bed, when we arrived there was no King room left. After a small argumentation, they found a king room. The room was pleasant and clean. Note, the bathroom is very small. It's look if they put a shower in a closet and there's no pressure in the shower.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to the downtwn area. The room was small but clean and sufficiant. The staff was friendly and accomidating. I would definately stay again.

Staff was very helpful rooms are very clean. We have stayed here before and plan to return. You can walk to a lot food places and a short cab or bus ride to see a baseball game.

The service is not very bad, there is NO SERVICE: - No breakfast - No dinner - I asked for laundry to be folded, I got it back on handlers. The answer has been: "It is done, take it like it is, you can fold it yourself". - Ask for a restaurant for dinner, you will be directed to a mall where everything is closed whereas 2 blocks away, you will find a dozen of places where to eat. I know where I will not stay next time I go to Tampay bay.
