Staff assisted with bus numbers for travel to Bell tower and back, main railway station and any other needs we had.

Overall, hotel room was very clean and tidy. Room was very recently refurbished so was brand new, both room and bathroom. Latter quite small so suitable for only one person at a time but had everything needed. Staff spoke sufficient English to check in, ask questions and check out. Also have business centre which is really helpful in getting directions or other help required (especially bus numbers!). It's within the city walls but further away from the main city centre. But multiple busses go along main streets and directly to train station. Would recommend hotel.

We checked in early in the morning with no problems at all. The room was rather small, but very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and the water pressure and temperature were perfect! Complimentary bottled water and a kettle were provided in the room, as well as free internet access. Location was also great, we walked from the train station (about 25-30mins), the city wall and the center are all within walking distance, or a short cab ride in case of bad weather. Overall, it was excellent for the price.
