Had a good deal in Ibis Phuket Patong from [this website].. Location is near the beach... But a bit far from Bangla / Jungceylon.. However, it is ok for me... Room a bit small, hardly any place to move.. But overall, enjoyed my stay at Ibis Phuket Patong...

The attitude of a particular male staff at the front desk by the name of Air was rude & unfriendly. Moreover, he lacked a pleasant attitude which was replaced by a somewhat agitated expression all the time. However, the rest of the staff were very accomodating & friendly.

Hotel is a short walk from the beach, the rooms are clean and having a balcony with every room is a plus. It may be slightly far from the main shopping area, but it's still within walking distance and there is good food nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Good clean and maintained facility in the heart of Patong. Is 10 minurte walk to main action, which is great if you want to be that little bit away from main bar street. Legends Bar across the street is great for Aussie Expats. 200m to beach. Good pool and bar facilities; internet and a courteous concierge service.

A reception staff named Bird, has a very good service. The place is good, if there's delivery of breakfast and lunch then it'll be almost perfect.
