Staff were fabulous dealing with any enquiries confidently & promptly. Including dealing with a cleanliness issue in the room. Meals were lovely & the bed very comfy.

What a fantastically located hotel in the heart of Hamilton. Valet parking, friendly staff , clean, tidy and quiet rooms. Love this place always stay here when away for business, couldn't ask for a better place. Restuarant for dinner and breakfast. I highly recomment this hotel to one and all if ever wanting a great place to stay in Hamilton.

It doesn't get much more no-frills, but I don't tend to need/want much more than was on offer. Room had really nice view over the river, the staff were really keen to help and answer any questions, and the hotel was just off the main road, about 5-10 minutes walk from popular Hood Rd strip. Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Also, SUPER CHEAP.

Hotel was conveniently situated for my needs. The room was small but very clean & comfortable, & the staff all very friendly & helpful. Very good value.
