fantastic space for HK, great training for young staff, classy food outlets. Will definitely stay here again next visit.

It is a teaching hotel. I have no problem with that. Amenities are good. However, it is people who make or break a hotel. I really did not expect to be treated differently from other "non Asian" guests. I felt as if I was unwelcome when I walked out of the lift and to be greeted by a blank face of a hotel staff who manned the general area just off the reception. His face changed to warm and smiley when a "white couple" walked past. If you are a "white" person, go for it. For me, this will be the last. By the way, the driver of hotel's courtesy bus was not particularly friendly or helpful either. May be for the same reason - I am "non white".

I would recommend this hotel without any reservations. I've lived in many hotels but this is definitely a cut above the rest. Service is fantasti and comes naturally. the breadfast and lounge are simply perfet. I would definitely retur
