First off good for its prices. Location is great. Me and my girlfriend reserved a room with the spa tub. They only have those rooms on the lower level.. but other than that the spa was good. Spa jets felt good on our back while in there. Reps were very nice and clean. Since it is an older hotel, the decor is outdated .. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget..

My room could have been an ocean view, however, they were all taken. I was very satisfied with my room, always cleaned every day and quiet & nice. My only regret is they told me I could have gotten a cheaper rate, had I gone directly to them. I would have saved a pretty good amount that way!

I stayed at the hotel for the first time, because the Marriott and Belamar were full. Parking is down under the hotel and it is difficult to find the elevator. The room was OK, but I paid for an ocean view and the view was mostly of PCH. If you stood on the balcony and leaned over you could see the ocean. When we pulled back the covers on the beds, the sheets were wrinkled, like they had been slept in. The A/C was a wall unit and it did not cool the room. There were no movie channels. I was looking for a room near the airport for my last night, bad choice!

Nice hotel. Good location. We could walk to six-man in Manhattan Beach from the hotel. Noisy on the street side. They put us in a handicapped room which had a big bathroom but did not have a countertop for our travel bag. I didn't want to balance it on the back of the toilet as it had no seat lid. It also didn't have a fixed shower head, it was a handheld, which made taking a shower a challenge. They had it positioned at bathtub height, not shower height.
