The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of everything! The staff are courteous and friendly at all times. Quite a formal environment, but friendly at the same time. Room service is excellent. Rooms are comfortable.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay over New Year's in this hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful, food was excellent and room was elegant, spacious and quiet. We would choose this hotel again.

Great location for exploring Florence. Staff were first class - friendly and helpful. Hotel was warm and confortable and welcoming.
