Hotel Happy Budapest Guest Reviews
I have booked a family apartment at this hotel. The hotel has overbooked his rooms. So they were absolutely no able to give me a room. (They have sold their rooms for a higher prize, so they could not give the pre booked and pre-paid rooms for the customers). They lied to me first as they said they do not know a business partner with the name RatesToGo!!!!!!!!!!! Then they transported me to another hotel, which was far away from the city center and gave me a room which had nothing in common with my pre booked room!!
