"Nice modern hotel with nice staff and good service. The location is a little away from the action, but everything in Hakuba is in walking distance and there are busses running to all ski slopes."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in late December 2009 and were very impressed with our room (which had a view of the mountains, was clean and quite spacious with cooking facilities) and the breakfast included in the room price (which was a large Japanese style buffet, which allowed us to taste a variety of different and predominately delicious Japanese food). The staff were extremely helpful and most spoke English. The hotel is linked to a free shuttle bus service to most of the main ski areas in the vicinity (the best ski field, Happo One, was only 5 minutes away). We highly recommend this hotel. "
