We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were so helpful and friendly that we tipped them. We have not found a hotel with so friendly staff in our recent travels.

Beautiful design line in the rooms and in the garden/pool area, super location in downtown Merida and extremely friendy and welcoming staff and management - I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
