This hotel is in a good location. Pricing is good. Needs refurbishing as it looks very old and also needs more parking space.

Hotel is along one of the key roads from Ayer Keroh that leads to Mahkota area - easy to find. Front desk staff, especially Adrian Benjamin, are very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. The rooms are not 5-star grades but then again, the hotel is rated 3-star : so, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Bedsheets/Pillow cases do have some stains - maybe they should use a stronger cleaning detergent! Breakfast is decent - nasi lemak rice is better than some of the rest-stops along North-South highway! Kids will be happy with the cereals and milk.

Not sure what a good location is in Melaka, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice.
