firstly it is not a 4star rating by malaysia standard of hotel only o 3 star. rather old n the bathroom have to b fixed when we chek in n the basic toiletries very minimal. we hve to go out to watch the favorite 'akedemia fantasia' a local talent musical cos they do not subscribe to the programe.no face or hand towel provided..the front staff are not warm.

The executive that we'd stayed in was adequately large to accomodate 3 adults. However, the air-con at one of the deluxe room my family members checked in wasn't working properly.
