スカイタワーとバイアダクトの中間地点で徒歩で行けて便利でした。ホテルには室内プール、サウナ、ジムもありよかったです。

Good Location, wasnt happy to be woken up both mornings of our stay with construction work right outside our window. Only one lift was working as they were waiting for a part from overseas... was a pain when on lower floor by the time it got to our floor the lift was full and had to wait for next round... we waited 10 minutes one time. we stayed jan 2013

The sudio uroom itself was fine for what I needed but I feel the bed was had it and it was very noisy . Even though the windows and doors facing the street were closed it did not appear that way. Sorry but not there again for me

Ran in the Auckland Marathon and found this to be ideally located. The construction site was next door but didn't really worry us. Can't say the traffic noise or partying had much effect either. Used the spa a couple of times as well as the lap pool and that was good. Didn't utilise their dining facilities and, as others have noted, they appear to be on the pricey side. Our room had cooking facilities which came in handy. Extra charges involved for internet but that seems to be the norm with many places.

The hotel is next to a new building construction and is very noisey during the day and noise from traffic and party goers at night. Rooms need an update and parking is limited.

Good location for what we wanted as we had entered into the Auckland Marathon. It's only 20 m from the finish line and we had a late check out at midday. Noise from outside didn't help as we had a Harbour bridge view 2nd floor.

The shower is over a very narrow bath and is difficult to turn around. Quite a dangerous experience. Nearly fell over a couple of times.

studio apt good size but small bathroom & door had to be negotiated to get to toilet & bath. Shower over bath only & with confined space made difficult to get in but shower in pool area. 3 pools spa + small pool had ladder into pool only not from floor which made it difficult/ or impossible to get in safely. needs a small step for shorter/older guests. You had to go to reception for them to swipe to allow entry not as usually with your room card. TV was small 20" x12" & channels allover the place. Usually rooms have INFO sheets for hotel facilities & locality info. not available here .bus stops etc

Quick stop over in Akld before heading home to Brisvegas. Great spot for checking out what was on at the Viaduct. Nice large apartment for two and handy to good food and atmosphere. Would stay again, but longer and make use of the full size kitchen.

This could be a great place but is out of touch with current day essentials. Very tired and and a bit grubby. Extortionist charges for wireless broadband access and car parking. Very poor menu in Restaurant. Staff pleasant and location quite handy.

got charged 300.00 for mini bar, but what was worse is while i was out my room got burgled and camera footage shows only hotel staff around the room, stolen items all together valued around 4000.00, so not happy about criminal staff they have working there

While I was there 9/12 it was amoungst a lot of construction so not the most idilic location. Closer to the viaduct than the main city and at the bottom of a hill it is not the easiest walk to the bustling metropolis. Great lap pool, spa pools and Sauna which was very clean and well maintained with the lap pool not so hot to exhaust immediately. Restaurant breakfast far to expensive so just go up the street to Dennys! A luxury hotel this is not but a good clean room with great staff sensitive to every need it definitey is!

This hotel was the worst i have ever stayed in. I arrived at the hotel to be told it was $30 per night for parking on the hotel premises, we ended up having to just accept this. Drove down to the car park where water was leaking, it smelt like sulfur. We couldnt even get into out car with out stepping in it. About 3cm deep. We then went to our room. Had a little rest on the bed to find both of us covered in bites that then turned into pimple like sores. The tv didnt work. There is a powerstation being built just putside which is loud noices. I would rather have stayed in a back packers. The stuff are also very very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was upgraded to 9th floor with harbour view - excellent room and views to die for! Will not bother looking anywhere else when we return to Auckland in a few weeks; this is VERY good value indeed and central to everything!

Not a 4 Star Hotel! My room was a shoe box and wasn't well equipped. Need some refurbishing and improved reception facilities. Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the City and Viaduct Harbour nightlife!

We used the internet for 3 hrs and got charged for 240 MB ($43) when all we checked is work emails, the print out suggests heavy download activity which was not true. Next time we will stay in the places with internet included or fixed rate, we also asked for 2 keys and nothing was said but they slapped on a $50 fee for the extra key! We travel alot for business and have tried diff places and sorry to say this was a dissapointing experience!
