Marco at the front desk and his wife were very friendly and helpful and helped us with many enquiries and our luggage. They made our stay very pleasant and homely. The hotel was in an old done up building so high ceilings and old fashioned doors made it appealing to us. All in all a very nice hotel with nice owners and good breakfast. Highly recommend

The staff at this hotel are fabulous - so if service is important to you then I definately recommend this hotel. It is about a 10 min walk to the Duomo and Via Nationale - so not too bad a location. The only draw back would have to be the hotel is a bit noisy because of the high ceilings - but I would have to say that this is a minor issue as it is more than cancelled out by the service. The rooms are also spacious and in good condition unlike many other hotels in Italy. Would definately recommend this place!!

The Giglio owners had only been there for a month when we stayed. We were most impressed by their friendliness, helpfulness and their willingness to go the 'extra mile' to make our stay pleasant. We would recommend others to stay ther without any hesitation.
