I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. this time i was highly disappointing. I had some issues that the unfriendly staff did try to resolve. My suite was not as advertised. However, two front desk guys and valet did make up for some of the frustration I encountered. Hit or miss with this place I guess.

I wanted to stay at Venice Beach and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this Hotel. There are quite a few Bars within easy walking distance but it is a long walk to and from Santa Monica

Got a room online, not knowing what to expect. Great brunch at Barlo, their little bar/grill. Breakfast tacos hit the spot after a long night at James Beach. Nice vibe. I'll definitely return for more west side excitement.

The staff was extremely friendly and offered any assistance to make our stay the best. Rooms are small but comfortable and the location was close to everything we wanted.
