This is a very average hotel with unclear charges for extra's, very basic and mediocre. At the end of the day, for the same budget, we could have stayed in a 5 star hotel instead of this 3 star hotel with our family.

Superb service from a friendly staff. Nice, modern, comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely designed badrooms. A nice break. And also a very original and varied breakfast buffet.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is in the centre of Genk which we love, the service is excellent and we would recommend this to all to all our family and frends. We will be there again.
