Hotel Deseo & Lounge Playa Del Carmen Guest Reviews
We couldn't make the hotel and had to cancel the reservation with Orbitz. The Cancelation fee was two dollars less than the hotel and rental car price. This was excessive. Others should beware. This is a criticism of Orbitz not the hotel

No hot water in the night. Called front desk but no one answered. Good location though. Hotel is true from its name: design hotels.
