Location
The Salzburger Hof Hotel is situated right next door to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof railway station, is close to main motorway networks and the Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart International airport is just a short drive away. A popular time to visit is during the Mostly Mozart Festival held in February, or at Christmas time when the Christmas Markets are in full swing.

Nice hotel close to the railway station and quiet. Approximatel a 10 min walk to the old city along the river bank. Spacoius room, staff were very helpful, happy to recommend.

A good hotel conveniently located near the main rail and bus stations. Excellent staff who were extremely helpful.Good facilities, quality breakfast and little noise despite it being on a main street leading to the station. I can recommend this hotel

Great hotel not far from train station or the river. Rooms were nice & spacious & the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked 4 rooms here for a group of 8 friends travelling together. The location is very convenient to the train station which was our mode of travel but a good 15 minute walk to the old city. We used the bus system also to get to the old city which was also easily accessible. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very spacious by European standard. Only complaint is that the showers are situated such that is almost impossible to shower without causing a flood on the bathroom floor - explains why the floors are plastic (at least in the rooms we stayed in). Breakfast was good - nice selection and excellent service. We also ate lunch in their restaurant on arrival and had an excellent meal for a very reasonable price. We also had excellent service from the front desk personnel who helped us book a Mozart Dinner and provided excellent directions and recommendations on things to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again in the future
