I booked on the internet not knowing what to expect. When I arrived the reception was very efficient friendly and organised. The room was simple and straightforward but I was not looking for anything else.It was located at the front overlooking the street and I thought it might be noisy. It was not. I was not disturbed during the night. The same with the bathroom, perhaps a little tired in appearance but there was a good supply of hot water and a good shower. Breakfast was a buffet well presented and plenty to eat. Location is subjective. It suited me as i was visiting the city and happy to walk round. taxis too are very cheap to get you to other areas. To me it was excellent value for money. My son who I was meeting up with in B A thought the room was good for the money. He was backpackig and staying in a hostel elsewhere in the city.checkout again was efficient and friendly. I would stay there again.

Hotel -location ideal in CBD for one night, when you dont know where you are and tired! Very easy access to centre of town, tube,domestic airport Stacks of garbage outside but was cleaned away in the night Night staff very courteous, rooms clean, beds small. Lift archaic and very noisy - if my wife was there she would refuse ti get in it. This equivalent 3 star hotel here in Africa wouldnt raise any stars - we are used to being spoilt!!

I found the hotel to be good value for money.Everything I arranged through the front desk proofed to be well organised and on time.Evertbody on the staff was very friendly and helpful and really made me feel so much at home!
