We couldn't beleive our luck at finding this delightful hotel - old building in the middle of a quaint hill village. No traffic noise and very comfortable. One of our rooms had a balcony with steps leading down to a small piazza at the rear of the hotel - a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sun set over Tuscany. A la carte restaurant served superb food, at a fairly reasonable price. Good breakfast. IF WE'D KNOWN HOW NICE IT WOULD BE WE WOULD HAVE GOT THERE EARLIER, AND STAYED LONGER.

We stayed 2 nights, I really loved this B&B, it was qiet in November. The hotel is actually 4 km from Monteriggioni (which is not a problem if you have a car) in a small village, and the room we got was smaller then on the pictures, but the quality was good. I recommend it and would stay here again.

great location. Odd plumbing - the loo was in with the shower compartment! Restaurant good but pricey - better value restaurants in nearby Monteriggione. Staff v helpful, found a UK/EU plug adaptor for us when asked.

Owner is very nice. Has a beautiful view from our room. There is no airconditioning in the rooms so it was hot in June. Located centrally in Tuscany and traveled around this area for 4 days.
