Capitol Hotel is set in the Golden Triangle area right in the central business district of Kuala Lumpur. Apart from exploring shopping and entertainment hubs close by, tourists can also visit National Museum and Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia.

Positives: Very friendly and attentive staff Modern and clean room Modern bathroom (well designed shower means no flooding of bathroom floor, good ventilation, good toilet) Well staffed lobby and presence of security guards Prime location (everything is within walking distance) Room service was punctual, food was acceptable Negatives: Popular cafe/bar is directly opposite with live music every night. So it can be quite loud (depending on which side of the building you are staying) - music stops at around 1-2am. Will depend on whether you are ok with music in the background. Which I am and really, if you're a tourist, you are likely to be up and about in the wee hours of the night. Overall really enjoyed my stay, I recommend it and I will stay there again when I next visit KL.

The hotel was very adequate and on a par for the price we paid per night. The service and friendliness was way higher than many places we've stayed. They did lack information on tourism sights to see. The hotel was perfectly located to all the shopping anybody would want. It does pay to book your breakfast when making your booking as it costs more afterwards. We would certainly stay there again.

Good location, just 2 mins walk to Sungei Wang plaza. Need to pay RM 15 for 24 hrs of wifi services in the room, however faces few problem when logging in but hotel staffs managed to fix it. Overall, will recommend this hotel especially for ladies who are keen to go shopping!!

This is one of the best Hotel in KL, too bad their car park is shared with Plaza Low Yat.. For Singaporean who are driving, do take note to park at the carpark located at Plaza Low Yat.

All together I book 5 rooms for 2 nights stay each. When we arrived at 10.30am, the reception was kind enough to let us check-in 4 rooms which are ready. As normal check-in time is 3pm. The only minus point in that hotel is the noise from the nearby pub which start their performance from 12midnight & it's ends at about 3 am considering it's a weekday & not weekends. So we did not have a good night sleeps for that 2 nights stay or maybe it's because we stay on the 2nd floor therefore we got the noise.
