The hotel is very good, the immediate location is not so good. A suggestion re: safety: There should be a safety-hand-rail in the bath to assist a person entering or leaving.

The hotel is little difficult to find, but the room was delightful and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Well worth a repeat visit.
