The room was very small but good quality and cleanliness. The only 2 negative things I can say about are the noise of the street and no free Wifi. I was staying on the 10th floor and it was quite noisy because of only single glazed windows. No free Wifi is outmoded nowadays.

The hotel was value for money especially for HK standard, Great location - just off causeway bay MTR and just a stop from Lan Kuai Fang.. Room was also clean. Downside - hotel was abit hard to find as there was some renovation going on ard the area. shd be fine when it clears.

We've booked a business room with Hotel Bonaparte by Rhombus on 11 Oct 2011 for our Nov 2011 family trip in Hong Kong. Yet when we arrive on 3 Nov 2011, we have been told by the hotel staff that they do not have a room for us as they have been fully booked. We are lost and have shown them the confirmation slip sent to us by customer care of Zuji.com, and the only reply from the hotel counter staff was " I do not know anything. We are full and no more rooms available for you." When we asked for their help to borrow internet / phone to make phone calls / to search for alternative solutions since it was already 10+ close to 11pm, to check with Zuji's customer service about this, they have suggested we paid HK$50/hour to use their internet services or have meal at their cafe in order to use their wifi. We are very upset, we do not have mood to eat, only want to settle our alternative hotel stay asap, as we are already very tired from the flight and just wanna find a place to rest. Before we left, they have recommended that we better book directly with them instead of via an agency to avoid such disappointment again in the future. Our immediate reply to them: " Not again with your hotel. Thank you."

It is just 5 min walk to TimeSquare (Causeway Bay). Our friends was surprised to learn that but later found that though the address is WanChai, it is really much nearer to Causeway Bay MTR. The room is very small as expected but bed was as nice as any 4/5-star hotel. A big plus was that they gave us a Nokia mobile phone as "hotel phone". We can take it with us to make direct call and receive calls via hotel callcenter). All local calls are free. There are 3 PCs for surfing at hotel cafe so that's good too. So really no complaint at all... lots of praises. And yes, it is clean.

Room were too small for as compared with Walden Hotel @ Hennessey Road. The charges very also Very High if compare with Walden Hotel. For your information, i checked-in around 2.00pm and checked-out on the same day around 7.30pm as the room were too small for 2 person to breath!

Bonaparte = good! First, the rooms were very small, but that isn't so much a complaint as an observation. Considering its location and price, the size was exactly what we needed while touring. They gave us a couple free drink vouchers for downstairs and a cell phone to use while we were in Hong Kong which was great too. Everything was excellent at the Bonaparte except for the fact that we didn't have free internet in the rooms. We had to pay 70 to 100 Hong Kong Dollars to use it so we decided to go to a nearby internet cafe instead. All in all, it's a great place to base your travels from.

I found the room rather small, aircon was not very strong and the bathrooms rather revealing. The pictures do not show that bathroom and toliets are of opque glass and theres not much room separate from the room to change. Needless to say, you have to be travelling with a partner etc otherwise its taking turns to leave the hotel to have showers etc.

The staff is very helpful. Room is clean but it is very small. There is no storage space for luggage apart from under the bed. Hotel is near Time Square and there is also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The frontage of the hotel is taken up mostly by the Cafe/bar lounge with only a small entrance to the lobby. If you do not look carefully, you may walked right pass it. In room broadband Internet access cost HK$300 per week but the speed is good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and helpful staff at Hotel Bonaparte by Rhombus Hong Kong. The rooms were small but very nicely laid out so I did not feel it was very cramped at all. The bathroom was small, even for a small sized person like me but still manageable. The cafe was nice friendly and good place to sit in to use the computers with free internet access. The only gripe I had was the wifi internet cost - HK$100 for 24 hours is way too expensive and they should have a weekly rate or a package rate for 3 days.

The room is tiny - you need to get on to bed after you get through the door, however the location is good, close to Time Square shopping area. There are a lot of good breakfast restaurants nearby, and cheaper. The Japanese restaurant next door is recommended. Walking distance to the subway.

The room is tiny and so is the size of the bed. One side of the bed is pressed against the wall and the length of which is just too short for anyone who has 5 feet 11 inches of height or above, I could not stretch my legs fully and had to move the mattress down on the floor in order to sleep well (according to the hotel manager, the size of the bed is all the same in other room types), besides, the pillow is too soft (hotel only provides one pillow)that cannot support the neck, each time I woke up, my neck ached. Also the cleaning lady will knock on the door @ 10 am every morning and ask whether she can clean up the room, very disturbing. I had a very uncomfortable stay, I definitely won't recommend my friends to book this hotel and will never visit there again. A total bad experience for me.

The place is worth the money. The best part is its location. Its at a stone's throw to Times Square and Sogo mall. The rooms were small but modern and clean. We got an excellent view of the skyline from our 20th floor window. On the downside, there were no phones in the room. The staff was helpful and prompt.

Room is clean and new, but really really small, especially if you have luggage, good for single stay. The Refrugerator is small but they should have ventilation for heat to escape. A/C is very good, only 4 mIN TO causeway Bay station. Price is so so.
