very close to the central station but the elevator is too simple

The location is excellent, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The quad room is big enough for 4 of us to share, however there was only 1 chair in the room. The TV was placed on the dressing table that was odd. The bath room was clean but no cupboard/shelf / hooks for you to put your personal stuffs.

everything was great. location was only 2minute from the termini station. and easy to get. staff was great, even though I asked hot water at very late night he smiled me always. I asked to book taxi service at 5:00am. The staff checked that 2~3times. That looked like very motivate staff.
