Facilities were very good for a 3* hotel. Service and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was a bit of a squeeze, as there's a lot of guests to accomodate in a fairly tight space. Would definately stay there again.

Room is tastefully decorated but small. Location is ideal as it is near to Metro & RER Station. It is also within walking distance to Champs Elysees shopping belt.

When we arrived they were experiencing a power outage and so relocated us at no extra cost to another hotel in Paris. This was done with many apologies and much courteousness. We felt that would have been happy to stay at Star Etoile if it had been possible.

The superior rooms where amazing, The staff where really helpful and really great. Just beware that it is currently undergoing refurbishment, so some rooms smell of fresh paint, other then that really great hotel.
