Hotel Best Western Pav Prague Guest Reviews
It is a decent hotel, very well located in the New Town. Unfortunately, every morning there was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower and one evening I run into the same problem. The staff was helpful, I even received a bottle of good sparkling wine as a compensation for the inconvenience, but the problem with the water was not fixed. Breakfast quite good, the room was clean and nice.

Excellent hotel for seeing the sites of Prague. Most staff very friendly and helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is basic continental but you can eat as much as you like as it is buffet style. Found trying to obtain a table at busy times difficult, overall not too bad. I would definitely use the hotel again. We stayed in room 420 which is quite small, albeit very comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower excellent. Rooms cleaned daily and no issues with security. At the end of the day, you only need somewhere to sleep. Room next door was much bigger, so make sure you ask for a good size room if you want.
