Very noisy as there appeared to be student / hostel accomodation on the same floor with many people using the passageway as a meeting place. No cleaning or fresh towels on second night. Hotel restaurant is excellent

This Hotel is completely overpriced. The fruit baskets and breakfasts were not supplied on my 2 night stay. The taxi I ordered from the reception was never booked and on 1 out of the 2 days I stayed the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made. I was advised a reciept would be sent by email and I have not yet recieved it some 5 days after my departure!! All in all very poor Hotel for the money charged.

Wifi Internet access was a feature but never worked. Restaurant for breakfast needs cleaning.

Firstly, the wireless internet does not work at all in the lobby as claimed by the reception staff. Secondly, the room does not come with extra security feature like additional latch which makes it deems very unsafe to stay. Overall experience @ this hotel was bad and I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
