Rarely have been as disappointed. Travel 3 days per week, globally and in US. Absolutely no accommodations made for me. Will not only never stay here again, but will actively discourage anyone travelling to Seattle from staying there. Rude, rude, rude.

The hotel & its amenities were a very good deal, and its staff was very helpful during our stay. I would recommend it too anyone that goes to Seattle.

We loved the hotel staff, the room, the location. Absolutely no complaints, other than a little more noisy than we are used to because we are in downtown Seattle. Look forward to returning.

I booked the Andra Hotel because it was rated 4 stars When I arrived at 10 pm, I was afraid to get out of my car. The people looked scary, the hotel looked old and there was no onsite parking. you either had to pay extra for parking or park on the street and risk getting your car stolen. (which looked very likely by the looks of the people hanging around and the police cars trolling the neighborhood) I would not stay there. Very disappointed in the high rating of this hotel.

I'd stayed at Andra several years ago, and while it was good, it seems they have elevated their game some. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The guys were always getting the doors for us, and they happily gave us an extra hr. at checkout. The room was big, and although some may think "big deal", I always appreciate robes, and the newspaper in a cloth bag hanging on the door in the morning was something I'd never seen in all my travels! We love the location, close to our favorite Tom Douglass restaurants, and closer to Pike Place than some others. Overall just a really nice stay! Thanks!!

The hotel was great! Location was amazing!!!! theres a ton of great restaurants and bars located right around the hotel. Lolas at the bottom of the hotel was great, had an amazing brunch. Theres a really good bakery right across the street and pikes market is a couple blocks away. Also a great whiskey bar two blocks west, called the whiskey bar that was laid back and chill. A botique hotel that had a great atmoshpere. Everything was awesome.

I am disgusted with this place. The hotel admits that it has a security video of a professional thief stealing my bag off its bellhop’s luggage cart, but it will not compensate me. The wonderful consumer advocate Chris Elliott investigated and confirmed my version of the incident, and you can read his blog about it at his website, elliott.org, for all the details. Now I am just getting the word out to everyone else. So the short version of events is that back in August, the bellhop unloaded my things from the rental car onto a cart, whisked it away, and as it turns out, parked it in the lobby. When the luggage came to the room later, my backpack (including eyeglasses and medicine) was missing. Only after I yelled at the people at the front desk did the hotel review its security tapes and sure enough, a week after we left, it confirmed that a man is seen on the tape stealing my bag. The hotel said he looked like a professional, but the hotel never even bothered to call the police. Meanwhile, the hotel’s insurance company denied coverage because the bellhop was so stupid as to leave the bag unattended in the lobby, a public space. The only correct response from the hotel should have been, “We are so sorry. How can we fix this?” Nope. Instead, a month after the incident, I was told that the clerk behind the counter says she offered to move my luggage to a more secure location. That is total nonsense. Why would I possibly refuse such an offer if it ever had been made? The same clerk also said she tried to call my husband on his cell while he was returning the rental car. Of course, there is no cell record of this. So the director of rooms refunded the first night of our hotel stay when we checked out because the hotel had given me the runaround and treated me so poorly while I was there. The manager later refunded our second night, while specifically denying the hotel was responsible. Well, that covers only half the value of the bag. Really, really awful place.

The hotel was nice and clean. Easy to find. Only problem was overnight parking cost an additional $40.00.

Hotel Andra was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The decor was elegant and comfortable. The superior room was like a mini suite with large bar, sofa and coffee table and desk. The queen beds were very comfortable. The location was only a few minutes from Pike Place and all the stores. I would definitey recommend the Andra to anyone.

The hotel was a perfect location when visiting the City for the first time. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The only two areas I can say I was kind of surprised about were: 1. Internet access was not free. Most hotels are now offering this as a normal service so to have to pay for it was kind of a shock. 2. The bathroom was very elegant, spa-like in fact. This is great for the adult guests, but we had our 3 year old with us and a bath tub / shower combo would have been better than the glass and tile shower (though this was great for me). The staff were very helpful and friendly, even assisting me with locating a birthday cake for my wife at last minute notice.

The Hotel Andra is a very clean, updated boutique hotel 4 blocks from Pike Place Marketplace and 3 blocks to the Seattle shopping district. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were many good restaurants all within walking distance. The $39/day parking was a little steep and we didn't need the car during our stay since we were able to walk everywhere. We had a very relaxing stay at Hotel Andra.

Romantic long weekend with my wife. Spend two days in Seattle and a day trip to Victoria. Most places of interest were within 5 to 10 minutes walk: Piket Market, the piers, museums, access to the monorail to the needle. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Front desk personnel very attentive and helpful. Restaurant Lola next door offers an exquisity Greek dining and BRUNCH experience; can't get any better!

Hotel Andra was in a perfect location for us. Next to great restaurants, a few blocks from Pike Place Market and other shopping, and a little longer (but comfortable walk) to Space Needle area. The staff was very friendly, the room was great (we were in a suite and it was worth the extra money to have a separate small living area) - we just really liked it. Restaurants to try - Lola is attached (great), Dahlia Lounge (more pricey but good), and we had the most delicious pizza at Serious Pie twice during our stay. Ralph's is also an upscale convenient store just a block away - great for picking up snacks. You must make time to visit the market - we thought it might be a cheesy tourist destination, but it's awesome!
