Hotel Amista Asagaya Tokyo Guest Reviews
frendliy, nice staff, close to subway

This hotel is nearly at the end of one of the subway lines, which should of indicated to me the type of area it was! I was only staying one night so it wasn't that bad I thought. But I ended up in a smoking room (but I did request a non smoking) the room was horrible, dust on the walls and everything smelt like smoke, even the tissues!! The bathroom looked ok but could do with a deep clean. I should have asked for a change of room straight away but I was tired and hungry just spent six hours on the train form Kyushu. I think the rooms there are not worth more than 5000 yen based on the out of date decor and location.

i like the location of the hotel though it isn't in town , it only takes 20 mins to get to shijiku including the walking time to the station. Moreover the metro line ( subway ) pass by many interchange station that you can easily get to place of interest . overall we had a pleasant stay

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was somewhat small, but bigger than I expected, and you don't really need any extra room. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was pretty nice. It also came with all the necessities, like razors and toothbrush and toothpaste. It's really close to the subway and it's also rather close to the train station- it's a really nice walk there.
