Overall a very nice and friendly hotel. The staff was very helpful, the service was very good too. However, breakfast was average and did not have any variety. The other annoying fact was there were no baby changing facilities in the entire hotel! Barring these two inconveniences, our experience was very good. Would recommend ti others.

The only point I found to be good for this hotel was the tram right across the street which ran frequently and timely. The hotel was only 5 stops away from the train station - so traveling back and forth was easy.

I coudn't use the spa. Particular group(no common sence) used tha pool and sauna. The staff didnt help, could not manage this probrem. I have had sad feeling and bad memory at Berne.

Service in reception was excellent - they were forthcoming with what they could offer of tramtickets, timetables and also valuta exchange. Service in the restaurant varied depending on who was serving you. Some were excellent, some didn't speak good English and it took longer to explain what you requested. Therefore only good for service - where it could have been excellent for certain areas.
